By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use Nitro Academy.

1. PURPOSE

Nitro Academy is an online platform that connects independent teachers with clients who are legal guardians of minors, focusing on educational courses for children and adolescents, typically between 12 and 17 years old.

Digniti Ltda is not the author, producer, or responsible for the course content. Its role is solely to facilitate access and transactions between the parties.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

2.1. Only individuals over 18 years old, parents, or legal guardians can enroll minors in courses.

2.2. Platform use by minors is only permitted with express consent and supervision from legal guardians.

2.3. Legal guardians agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

3. COURSES AND CONTENT

3.1. Courses are created by independent teachers who are solely responsible for the content, methods, materials, language, and quality of classes.

3.2. Nitro Academy is not responsible for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction caused by course content.

3.3. The Platform may perform basic curation to ensure compliance with community guidelines but does not guarantee accuracy, pedagogical suitability, or results of any course.

4. PAYMENTS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

4.1. Course payments are processed directly by the platform using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.

4.2. Nitro Academy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase confirmation. If not satisfied, users may request a full refund.

4.3. Refund conditions include:

  • Request made within 30 days;
  • Course not fully completed;
  • Request submitted through the official support channel.

5. USER CONDUCT

5.1. Users shall not:

  • Use offensive or discriminatory language;
  • Share copyrighted material without permission;
  • Record or redistribute classes without authorization;
  • Share or transfer accounts to third parties.

5.2. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

6.1. Provided data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws such as LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), COPPA (US), when applicable.

6.2. Legal guardians authorize the collection and processing of minors' data for course access and support purposes.

6.3. IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION

The legal guardians grant, free of charge, a non-exclusive, indefinite authorization for the use of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of the minors for Nitro Academy’s institutional promotion on social media, marketing materials, the website, and other communication channels. This authorization may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to Nitro Academy’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. Nitro Academy is not responsible for:

  • Learning outcomes or expectations;
  • Student-teacher interactions;
  • Errors or omissions in courses;
  • Losses resulting from technical issues, interruptions, or platform unavailability.

8. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

8.1. Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting support.

8.2. The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, unless required otherwise by local user laws.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

10.1. Nitro Academy may modify these Terms at any time.

10.2. Users will be notified by email or through the platform, and continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
